Q - I'm a header and am having problems with my horse ducking left. What can I do to prevent this?
A
- Firstly be conscious of what cues you're giving him with your left hand. However most of the time they will feel the weight once
you dally and take this as their cue. Rope some steers and dally but follow them to the stripping chute. Do this regularly so your
horse listens to your hand and legs.
