The ATRA would like the designs to reflect that these are Championship Buckles but could for example have two or three different designs at different price points from National Finals (most expensive) down to the Regionals (least expensive). Your Tender will need to also include your recommended buckle suggestions, individual/total costs for the Champion Buckles, any discount offered on the large quantity purchase and relevant production lead-times.
