ATRA and BLAK Print Announce Official Partnership for 20-Year Celebration

The Australasian Team Roping Association (ATRA) and BLAK Print are proud to announce a new partnership, with BLAK Print joining as the Official Print Partner in the lead-up to ATRA’s 20-year anniversary in 2026.


This partnership marks an exciting milestone for both organisations, as ATRA prepares to celebrate two decades of growth, community, and commitment to the sport of team roping across Australia and beyond.


The new partnership includes direct benefits to promoters and members of the ATRA, supporting the people who make our industry strong.  

ATRA Secretary Nathan Day said the partnership reflects ATRA’s focus on quality and long-term brand growth.


“As we approach 20 years of ATRA, we’re focused on elevating our brand and delivering something our members can be proud of. Partnering with BLAK Print allows us to achieve a high-quality, consistent look across our events and merchandise, while also being mindful of budget. It’s important to us that what we produce is something people will keep, not just for the season, but as part of ATRA’s story.”


BLAK Print Managing Director Lorrayne Fishenden said the partnership is built on shared values and a genuine connection to the sport.


“This partnership is incredibly meaningful to us because we’re not just working with ATRA, we are passionate ATRA Members and Team Ropers (with a mini barrel racer). We understand the culture, the pride, and the importance of getting it right. Our focus is on delivering high-quality, practical solutions that not only celebrate the 20-year milestone but set ATRA up sustainably for the future.”


As part of the partnership, ATRA and BLAK Print will work together to deliver a range of premium apparel, merchandise, and event branding solutions. This includes limited-edition 20-year celebration items designed to reflect the significance of the milestone.

The partnership will also explore innovative approaches to merchandise and branding, including pre-order apparel releases, revenue-generating product lines, and scalable branding solutions that extend beyond the anniversary year.


ATRA Office Manager Jody Young highlighted the operational benefits of the collaboration.

“Having a dedicated print partner simplifies things significantly for us. It means consistency across all our materials, less time managing multiple suppliers, and a more streamlined process for both head office and our promoters. It’s a practical partnership that will make a real difference day-to-day.”


With the new 20-year anniversary brand now officially launched, ATRA has worked alongside creative partner Tyler Palmer to deliver a refreshed visual identity. BLAK Print will align closely with this new direction to ensure all merchandise, apparel, and event branding is consistent, high-quality, and reflective of the next chapter of ATRA.

Both organisations see this as the beginning of a long-term partnership, with a shared commitment to strengthening ATRA’s brand, supporting its members, and building a sustainable future for the sport.
