This year’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held at the Affinity Equine Insurance Arena - Bridgeman Park Sporting Complex, CAPELLA QLD at 8:00am on Thursday, 2 October 2025 during the 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱 𝗔𝗧𝗥𝗔 𝗖𝗶𝗿𝗰𝗹𝗲 𝗟 𝗔𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗮 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘀. At the AGM, we will announce the 2025/26 ATRA Executive and Board.

Please note that you must be a Life/Full Financial Member of the ATRA & your Agenda Item/s have been Seconded by a Life/Full Financial Member for them to be accepted. Agenda Items must be received at Head Office by no later the close of business (COB) Thursday, 25 September 2025 to be included in the AGM Agenda.
