📢 BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING UPDATE!

Here’s a snapshot of what was discussed at the March Board meeting:

Regional buckle presentations will now occur after results are finalised through Head Office to ensure accuracy before awards are distributed. Buckles will be sent to Regional Representatives on 1 July 2026.

Following member feedback, the Board has decided to revert back to the Open and #12 Team Roping regional awards being trophy buckles, provided there have been five sanctioned events held within the region during the 2025/26 season.

Several 2026 National Finals tenders were reviewed, with Mal Fishenden Saddlery confirmed for saddles, CRFS Group Bob Berg Designs & Buckles for buckles, Destiny Downs Cattle Co. for the stock, Richard Irwin Imagery for photography and Eclectic Events for the Sound.

The All-Girls Team Roping will remain on the 2026 Finals program, with a $1,000 sponsorship secured to help encourage participation.
